Step 2: An IT Lighthouse Account Coordinator and Engineer will visit your company to conduct a free, no-obligation technology evaluation. At this evaluation the IT Lighthouse team will first become acquainted with your business and how it uses technology. Then the IT Lighthouse team will conduct an 11-point evaluation of your business’ IT infrastructure to determine the current health of your technology. Step 3: Upon completion of your business’ evaluation the IT Lighthouse team will schedule a follow-up appointment to present our findings. At this appointment, we will present an easy to understand non-technical report card of your business’ IT environment with a series of recommendations. Our team will ask you to consider our 30-day Service-Match[SM] process. The Service-Match process will give you a chance to experience our level of service without the need to sign a long-term commitment. It will give IT Lighthouse a chance to form a relationship with your organization to see what level service plan best matches your needs. Step 4: Upon completion of Service-Match, IT Lighthouse will present you with a service plan that has been tailor-made to match your company’s technology service needs. At that point it is your decision to move forward.
